Ryan Earl Parker is a cinematographer whose latest project, the NETFLIX original Docu-Series UNTOLD: SWAMP KINGS, premiered at #1 in the US and remained in the Top-Ten for over 2 weeks. Other Top-Ten NETFLIX docs include THE MOST HATED MAN ON THE INTERNET and SECRETS OF THE SAQQARA TOMB. Ryan also lensed the critically acclaimed film THE ARTIST'S WIFE - starring academy nominees Bruce Dern and Lena Olin - by STRAND RELEASING. After premiering at the TRIBECA FILM FESTIVAL, his narrative episodic RELEASE directed by Joe Penna is currently available on the streaming platform TOPIC.  Ryan also shot the feature documentary PARIAH: THE LIVES AND DEATHS OF SONNY LISTON which is available on SHOWTIME.  He has projects for DISNEY/NATGEO, PARAMOUNT+, APPLE+  and SKY TV set to release next year and has just premiered a new AMERICAN EXPERIENCE feature for PBS from Emmy-Award winning and Oscar-nominated director Sam Pollard titled THE HARVEST.

In addition to a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Memphis, he is a graduate of the Global Cinematography Institute founded by Vilmos Zsigmond, ASC and Yuri Neyman, ASC.  He is a Certified Colorist from the International Colorist Academy and completed the American Society of Cinematographers Master Class in Los Angeles.
